June 11 @ 8:00 am - August 6 @ 5:00 pm

Calling All Golfers and Sponsors:

We have multiple golf events you can participate in this summer. More will be announced but two that are ‘on the books’ officially are June 11 and August 6, each with different pricing and features. You can choose the best format for you – and everyone is of course welcome to play in both:

June 11 – Links at Hunters Ridge, near Howell: Just $69 for 18 holes, power cart and hot dog/chips/drink at the turn. We had a great time last fall piloting this new, shortened format we call the ‘Un-Outing’ and it got rave reviews for being both fun, but also quick because we weren’t there all day and night. No dinner, no rules, no auction … just pure golf with friends, a few door prizes and raising money for the MI Freedom Center. (Note: this is a date change from original June 4 plan.)

August 6 – Washtenaw Golf Club, near Ann Arbor : $150 for all the typical golf outing trimmings at our Tee it Up for Freedom outing … 18 holes of golf, power cart, driving range, lunch, dinner, two 50-50s, prizes, prize raffles, hole in one cars, money holes, par 3 contests and more.
We also need sponsors – businesses and groups that want to help the Freedom Center and want their name in front of the golfer demographic .
Washtenaw is the 3 rd oldest golf club in the state (est. 1899) and was formerly a private club. Under new ownership, it is now open to the public and should be a real treat for traditional course lovers.

Registration for both is easy… just email tom@mifreedomcenter.org today to sign up and/or get more information on playing or sponsoring prices.
