5 Steps to Break Free from Your Rut and Gain Momentum Towards Your Goals

Wouldn’t you like to have more tools to get out of inertia and unproductive patterns? When you feel stuck, it can
be demoralizing and stressful. When you break through and shift, it’s exhilarating. In this workshop we’ll explore
the difference between being driven by “shoulds” versus inspired action, identifying limiting beliefs that can block
us, and some tools and strategies to move forward.
Join us on January, 17th 2019, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and expect to leave knowing how to break free
from your rut and gain momentum towards your goals!

Meet Your Facilitator:
Sandy Finkel is passionate about unlocking potential through increasing well-being.
She teaches generative practices that deepen awareness, unblock stuck patterns
and bring calmness to the frenzied life. She finds that when you shift the balance to
include more self-care, everything improves. Through her coaching business,
Intentional Balance, LLC she has been teaching stress reduction strategies for 25
years, working with individuals, groups and organizations, including corporate
executives, small business owners, the UM Men’s Basketball Program and people
like you. Her research with Barbara Fredrickson, PhD was published in the Journal of
Personality and Social Psychology and is featured in Fredrickson’s book, Positivity.
Sandy has a Master’s in Public Health from University of Michigan, is a co-founder of
Jewel Heart and the Michigan Collaborative for Mindfulness in Education.
